Chichester Jamia is working to establish a permanent place of worship, learning, and community for Muslims in and around Chichester. With your support, we can complete this important project and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

Chichester Jamia Centre is a community-led initiative established to serve the spiritual, educational, and social needs of Muslims in Chichester and the surrounding areas. What began in 2012 as a small effort by a handful of dedicated volunteers has grown into a collective vision supported by the wider community.

Guided by faith, perseverance, and cooperation, the Centre aims to provide a welcoming space for worship, learning, and positive community engagement. With the support of Chichester District Council, the organisation was blessed with the opportunity to acquire a building on Bognor Road, Chichester, laying the foundation for a permanent Islamic centre.

Today, Chichester Jamia Centre continues its journey towards transforming this building into a fully functional and inclusive facility. While much work remains, the commitment of volunteers and the generosity of supporters continue to drive the project forward, with the shared goal of creating a lasting legacy for future generations.
